What we can help with
A short note on what reaches the right person fastest, so you are not left waiting on a reply we cannot give.
- Corrections. If a spec, price, or availability detail in a guide looks wrong, send the page link and what you found. We check it against the retailer listing and update the page with a fresh date.
- Product suggestions. Tell us the model and the category you think it belongs in. We add it to the shortlist for the next revision of that guide.
- Writing for us. Guest post pitches and sponsored placement enquiries have their own guidelines on the write for us page. Reading it first saves a round trip.
- What we cannot do. We do not sell, ship, or service any product on this site, so we cannot help with an order, a warranty claim, or a repair. Those go to the retailer or the brand.
