What it's actually like to live with
The AGARO Imperial is a genuinely impressive value proposition. Getting 90-degree oscillation, bladeless safety, remote control, and a 40-inch height for under Rs 5,000 would have been unthinkable two years ago. In daily use across typical Indian summers, it handles 150-200 sq ft rooms comfortably, which covers most 1-2 BHK bedrooms and smaller living rooms.
The 40-inch height means the airflow reaches you on the sofa or bed without needing to place it on a table. The 4.0-star rating from real buyers is encouraging for a relatively newer brand.
The glaring omission is a timer - you cannot set it to auto-off after a few hours, which means you either leave it running all night or wake up to switch it off manually. That is a baffling miss at this price point. AGARO's service network is still growing, so buyers in tier-3 cities should factor in potential repair hassles.
But for metro and tier-1 city buyers on a budget, this delivers premium features at budget pricing. Hard to beat on pure value.
