What it's actually like to live with
The INALSA WD 15 occupies the smart middle ground in the Indian market. It costs about the same as the Karcher WD 3 but gives you stainless steel construction and 15L capacity compared to Karcher's plastic body and 17L tank. The stainless steel is not just about looks - during monsoon season when you are doing frequent wet cleaning, metal resists the rust and degradation that can affect plastic tanks over years of wet use.
The 20 kPa suction is genuinely professional-grade, handling marble floor dust, tile grout dirt, and carpet embedded particles with authority. The 1,400W motor pulls enough power to clean a 2-3 BHK apartment in one session without the tank filling up. Indian homes with mixed flooring - tiles in the kitchen, marble in the living room, vitrified in bedrooms - benefit from the versatile attachments included.
The weight is the honest trade-off. Stainless steel construction makes this noticeably heavier than the plastic WD 10, and lugging it up stairs in a duplex or multi-floor house is a workout.
For single-floor apartments, the weight is manageable and the durability payoff over years of use justifies the investment.
