Editor's take
The Mivi DuoPods Sync is one of the few wireless earbuds in this guide that is actually built in India. Mivi has steadily improved its TWS line over the past three years, and the DuoPods Sync feels like a confident step rather than a budget compromise. Sixty hours of total battery is the headline for good reason. With moderate daily use, you can go a full month between case charges, which is genuinely useful for travellers and students who often forget to charge accessories.
The 13mm bass drivers add real impact to Punjabi tracks, EDM and Bollywood remixes, without the muddiness that some cheaper bass-heavy pairs have. The ENC mics are not quite at the level of quad mic Noise pairs, but they handle indoor calls and Zoom meetings cleanly enough for daily work-from-home use.
Where the Mivi DuoPods Sync shines is as an all-rounder for buyers who want a solid Indian alternative to boAt and Noise.
If supporting an Indian brand at this price matters to you, this is the easiest recommendation.
The compromises are real but manageable. The companion app is less mature than realme Link or the boAt app.
Service network is mostly online and courier-based outside major metros. The case is functional rather than premium, with a basic LED battery indicator. None of those are dealbreakers at ₹999, and the Made in India build is a real differentiator that the bigger brands cannot match.
