What it's actually like to live with
The V-Guard Veemagik Neo is the brute force answer to Indian summers. At 2401 CFM, it pushes more air than any other tower fan here - and you feel that difference the moment you turn it on. In places like Rajasthan, Vidarbha, or the UP plains where temperatures routinely cross 45 degrees, raw airflow matters more than whisper-quiet operation. V-Guard's extensive Indian service network is a major plus, especially for buyers in smaller cities where newer brands leave you stranded.
At Rs 4,000-6,000, the value is solid for what you get. Now for the honest trade-offs - 185W consumption is steep. Running this fan 12 hours daily will cost noticeably more than a 40-60W alternative. It is loud enough that bedroom use is impractical unless you are a heavy sleeper.
And the missing remote control feels like a puzzling oversight at this price. You will need to get up to change speeds or turn it off. Think of the Veemagik Neo as a tower-shaped pedestal fan.
If you want maximum cooling power and do not mind the noise or power draw, nothing else in tower fan form comes close.
